Above 1 month supply but below velocity-tier target. Replenishment recommended.
Green — No Action
At or above tier target, or zero-velocity SKU with stock on hand. No replenishment needed.
Purple — Dormant Experiment
Zero sales and zero stock. Sending 2 units as a low-stakes test. Pending BU rule confirmation.
